SEW-IN
There is no Program this month so after the meeting and a short lunch break -
it's a SEW-IN!
Bring a current quilting project and all the supplies needed for a delightful afternoon of stitching with other sewers.  Enjoy the cool (really cool) spacious sewing area in the company of others who enjoy quilting! We always have a great time! For more information see July Program
*From our June meeting - a special big thank you to Lynn Yates, formerly of "The Quilters Journey" for her donation of 23 completed quilts for the Sallie House Community Outreach Project. We oohed and awed as Jodi G,, Charity Chair held up each quilt. The backs are as lovely as the front designs. And thanks to Linda Hitchens for sewing the SMQG labels on all. For more information and (photo's to come) see Community Outreach

Reminder -

Programs for Fall needed!  We rely on our talented members to give a short presentation or demonstration of a modern quilt interest, technique, or subject. To present or lead you don't need to be an expert but just interested in sharing or exploring a technique, idea, or any subject that can be applied to modern quilting. Use the projector to show a Pinterest board, a slideshow presentation, or a demo of an app on your iPad.
Or do hands on showing a technique, or a talk about favorite Modern Quilts in shows and/or categories.
